Why you could be expected to have earnings of your own, I do not understand, as I myself have never worked a day in my life and do not know a single person who has before the age of 25. Failing that, you should probably consider dipping into your inheritance money or using the rent from any property gifted to you by family to cover such rent. Of course, recognising that not everyone is in a situation where they have inheritance money or working parents, I would advise reaching out to the administrators of the family trust fund, which many people who have non-working parents do possess. You should be able to negotiate a low-interest loan from the capital that your distant ancestor bestowed on the trust to buy a block of apartments and rent out most of them to repay the loan while living in the penthouse yourself. Failing all that, buy a tent, I guess?
