It’s that time of the year again: New Jersey printing company Pantone Inc. has announced its colour of 2015, levitra and fashion houses around the world are taking note. 2015’s hue of choice is Marsala, recipe an ‘earthy wine red’ inspired by the fortified wine of its namesake. Rich, no rx sophisticated and rustic all at once, Marsala is a colour that will be found in every fashionista’s wardrobe this year.

If a statement piece is your thing, this textured grandad shirt from Topshop (£48) may be the perfect way to bring this spicy hue into your wardrobe. Wearable for daytime with black skinnies or by night with a dash of black leather, this structured number is a fantastically versatile way to embody the hue of the season. Extra props for the mandarin collar and streamlined shape.

River Island are also embracing Marsala, and this leather-look mini skirt (€33) is a great way to showcase two trends at once. We’re not out of the doldrums of winter just yet, but this skirt styled with a polo neck jumper – also achingly on-trend – and a pair of knee high boots will keep you cosy whilst also breaking you out of the default winter uniform of black and grey.

Finally, if you prefer to nod to the trends of the season via accessories, then this mock-croc Asos handbag (€55) is the perfect Spring/Summer piece to add to your collection. This structured tote will pair beautifully with tan, black and cream while also lending an air of sophistication to your look. With the look of something much more expensive, our  online retailing favourite has hit the right note once again.
