The upcoming UCDSU Executive Elections will see multiple candidates contesting all bar one position, with three candidates seeking your vote in both the Welfare and Ents races!

The University College Dublin Students’ Union College Officer positions will see a high level of engagement as whole cohort of students will be seeking your vote for the part-time positions!

The UCDSU Sabbatical Officer Candidates

Two seated sabbatical officers will face off in the race for the Presidency, as current Graduate Officer Marc Matouc will face off against Campaigns Officer Miranda Bauer for the top job!

Three candidates; Shauna Young, Jacob Miller and Ciara Donohue are running to become Welfare Officer. Another three hopefuls will be competing to become Entertainments Officer, with the seated Neo O’Herlihy re-running for the position against Fade Adeniran and Daniel Devey.

The Education Race will see both Tia Cullen, Health Science College Officer, and Naomhán Mhaonaigh on the ballot. Current Business College Officer Simon Van Beek will face off against Kylie McCardel to be elected Graduate Officer.

The only uncontested race will be for Campaigns and Engagement Officer where Saskia McCormack-Eiffe need only fend off Reopen Nominations to be elected to the position.

The UCDSU College Officer Candidates.

Aoibhe Doyle, Aaron Duke and Alexander Dunne are contesting the Arts & Humanities College Officer race, with a further three candidates seeking election as Social Science College Officer, Peter Falvey, Jamo Hatje and Brendan Mackey.

UCDSU have seen larger than usual interest in the School of Architecture with three candidates seeking elections for that College Officer position, Max Cojocare, Conni Dawson and Stephen Mullen.

Another three-person race will see the Science College Officer position be contested by Aashna Khurana, Laura Lysaght and Vansika Sood.

In familiar scenes to last year, Ben Casey and Aisling Maloney will be seeking election as the Law College Officer race!

Kate Lawlor and Pearse Wang will be seeking elections for the Irish Language and Business College Officer positions respectively.

Donal Monahan and Siochan Black will compete for the Engineering College Officer position, while Noah Johnson and Ramzy Zaki will seek election as Health Science College Officer.
