THINK , about how much that €€€ could acheive if LEO VLADkar,( he is very like putin… DICTATOR. ) spends it on protecting the IRISH people from the migrant crisis and ENGLISHH invasion. The real threat to IRELAND is not exam spending but ENGLISH invasion after brexit.
